'How to turn your practice on its head - a new model for the new decade'
This talk looks at an issue that most CAM therapists find it hard to come to terms with - the fact that they are in business. Graham Rowan's contention is that the business model under which practitioners operate - seeing patients by the hour in face-to-face consultations at bricks and mortar clinics - is fundamentally flawed. He will explain his 2010 Practice Pyramid which gives any nutritional therapist the chance to develop a successful practice that will be sustainable for the long term and will also focus on the power of niche marketing with some examples to get you thinking about how you can become the expert in your niche.
Graham Rowan
Graham Rowan is Director of the National Nutrition Clinic and Founder of CAM Inner Circle. Following a twenty-five year career sales and marketing career in the technology sector he established the National Nutrition Clinic in 2004. It has grown to be one of the UK’s leading groups of weight loss and nutrition clinics with branches in Harley Street, Victoria and Richmond. He now helps CAM therapists to build their practices using sophisticated marketing and patient retention strategies, including a special focus on helping CAM therapists find work with the NHS through creative dialogue with GPs and PCTs.
